@Xueting your question is a bit unclear. Are you looking for a test system that contains relevant data? If so, that might be a bit hard to come by. I'm not aware of any that would contain a decent range of Observations, Conditions and associated CarePlan, MedicationRequest and other resources that are specificly STD-related.
