We receive HL7(v2) and C-CDA messages from an external system and I am trying to figure out where the SOAP data would be? (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan of Care)? The prior system sent them in an XML file( Non standard) . Where is this data usually stored? CDA, NTE segment of HL7 messages etc? thank you.

You might want to raise this on the #V2 and/or #C-CDA streams. The #implementers is primarily focused on FHIR. (@Joshua Procious I didn't see a general stream for CDA, just C-CDA?)

After talking with HL7 Staff it seems CDA rates its own stream as C-CDA has a more specific focus. CDA stream in chat.fhir.org found here now: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/229921-CDA
