Topic: Resource/element naming

Apparently there is a build rule that requires resource and element names be singular. I can't find that expressed either at http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Guide_to_Designing_Resources, or in the documenation of the current build. Is this one of those secret laws?
I seem to also recall having seen that element names shouldn't have "List" or similar on them, and can't find a reference to this either. Did I imagine this one?

I did. I may have missed them, but I didn't see those rules expressed there.

It was discussed several years ago but may only have been added to the tool and not the wiki. I've updated the wiki
