Topic: Resource/Profile for Tumor Board Meeting

Hi All,
We are looking for guidance for appropriate resource or profile to implement concept to multi disciplinary tumor board meeting.
Here patient does not present physician.
It is a meeting between subject experts to evaluate Patient current state and next course of action.
We try to emulate this using Encounter but seems like Patient or a Proxy should be present in Encounter/Visit. But in this case it is specific meeting between only Practitioners and Experts.

Appointment would be ok for the planned meeting, but not for the meeting itself. @Brian Postlethwaite ?

IIRC, @Reinhard Egelkraut and @Oliver Krauss did a whole bunch of work around modeling tumor boards.

TLDR.: The Appointment is used for planning the timeslot, but to collect the data necessary, and also document the meeting itself we use two resources. Firstly Compositon to collect the medical data. Secondly CarePlan to log the actual process from a FHIR perspective

We did profile that, but the profile is not available anywhere publicly I think. You can talk to @Reinhard Egelkraut about cooperating / getting a copy though
