ClinicalImpression has been in the FHIR Specification since DSTU2! Any reason why it hasn't progressed beyond FMM Level 0 @Michelle (Moseman) Miller & fellow PC co-chairs?

783 views, to date, of the related background page on Confluence. I wonder if re-naming the resource to ClinicalAssessment might help to engage more implementers? I don't agree with the notion in the spec that this would create confusion with observation results such as Apgar scores.
