Topic: Resource for storing review of systems
Ashish_N (Nov 26 2020 at 02:48):
I'm searching FHIR resource to store systems review for physical examination of a patient
Lloyd McKenzie (Nov 26 2020 at 02:59):
Observations, possibly grouped by a parent Observation using 'member'.
Lloyd McKenzie (Nov 26 2020 at 02:59):
(You could choose to capture the raw data using QuestionnaireResponse, but it wouldn't be searchable or easily comparible)
Ashish_N (Nov 26 2020 at 03:24):
Thanks - I'll try to implement this.

There's also ClinicalImpression - though a maturity level of 0 makes you a bit cautious...

ClinicalImpression has been in the FHIR Specification since DSTU2! Any reason why it hasn't progressed beyond FMM Level 0 @Michelle (Moseman) Miller & fellow PC co-chairs?
Lloyd McKenzie (Nov 27 2020 at 18:52):
Not much implementer interest
Peter Jordan (Nov 27 2020 at 20:13):
783 views, to date, of the related background page on Confluence. I wonder if re-naming the resource to ClinicalAssessment might help to engage more implementers? I don't agree with the notion in the spec that this would create confusion with observation results such as Apgar scores.

I think it's more a question of what there's interest in sharing/exposing than lack of awareness
Lin Zhang (Nov 28 2020 at 01:38):
Literally, [Clinical] Impression is just a section of a diagnostic imaging report (even a lab report)here.
