We need to express the ResearchStudy status: not-yet-recruiting, recruiting, recruiting stopped.
We could map: recruiting-active, recruiting stopped-closed-to-accrual but couldn't find a possible match for not-yet-recruiting, maybe approved??

I would love to see the overall status broken into separate axis - recruiting status, approval status and execution status are all somewhat orthogonal - the dependencies are driven by convention and study type. E.g. Whether you can recruit before you've got approval is driven by regulation, not anything intrinsic in what's "possible".
