Sorry if this is already answered out there, but i can't trace the discussion
Medication A and Medication B are to be given both together at 16:00 today. These are 2 medicationRequests, with the same time.
The fact they are given together is specified using a) a common groupIdentifier or b) do we need a requestGroup?

RequestGroup would allow you to be very precise in saying "these things must happen simultaneously". A shared groupIdentifier just says "these things were part of the same prescription"
