Where can I find more information about https://fhirblog.com/2016/10/19/renaming-the-fhir-conformance-resource ? Specifically, more of the 'why' reason and what does 'conformance' in FHIR mean now?

Conformance had a double meaning - 'the conformance resources' and 'the conformance resource' and 'checking conformance' and 'checking the conformance statement'
