There is a entity.what in AuditEvent whereof there should be possibility make a reference to any entity (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/resourcelist.html). When I go to https://www.hl7.org/fhir/observation.html , there is no AuditEvent in list "This resource is referenced by". Is this a mistake or have I understood reference from AuditEvent entity.what wrong?

in order to make that list not too long, Reference(Any) is omitted
