Welcome @Nitin Suri. By HL7, I assume you mean HL7 v2. (FHIR and CCDA are also HL7 :smile:) For X12, there's been some work with the Da Vinci PAS IG. For HL7 v2, check out the v2 mapping IG, the v2-to-FHIR section in the core spec and the #v2 to FHIR stream here on Zulip. For C-CDA, Take a look at the C-CDA on FHIR IG, the CDA-to-FHIR section in the core spec and the #cda to fhir stream.
For NCPDP, there's no equivalent that I'm aware of, but there are mappings for some of the resources, such as those found on MedicationRequest
