If you mean "FHIR R4 to HL7 version 2" I suggest you ask the #v2 to FHIR stream on this forum.

@Akshay most people want to do the opposite, convert HL7V2 data to FHIR, though I can imagine for legacy reasons there might be a need to get FHIR data to interface with existing HL7v2 messaging interfaces. Not a direct answer but the Microsoft FHIR-Converter might have the tooling necessary for you to create your own conversions.

Converting FHIR resources to HL7v2 segments/fields or vice versa is relatively easy. If want to connect HL7v2 message to a FHIR REST API, that is deceptively hard.
