Topic: R4 agent.type
Michele Mottini (Aug 24 2019 at 12:39):
AuditEvent.agent.type and Provenance.agent.type seems to be the same thing, but they are bound (extensible) to two different value sets: http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/valueset-participation-role-type.html and http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/valueset-provenance-agent-type.html respectively. Seems wrong?
Chris Grenz (Aug 26 2019 at 13:38):
Just looking at that as well - agree @Michele Mottini
John Moehrke (Aug 26 2019 at 14:00):
There is a CR. So you would recommend the CR be resolved which way? see GF#22494 I am happy to receive comment and improvement-opportuinties
Michele Mottini (Aug 26 2019 at 14:07):
I'd say use the AuditEvent one for both
John Moehrke (Aug 26 2019 at 14:08):
good, that is what I hope to get approved.
Michele Mottini (Aug 26 2019 at 14:09):
(the types we need are application, user and - loosely - source organization - the first two are in the the AuditEvent value set 'as is', for the third one we use AUT)
John Moehrke (Aug 26 2019 at 14:11):
I think I see the problem. The Contract portion of the build declares a competing valueset, and happens first in the build... The valueset Provenance.agent.type uses is from FM. It should not be.
