The forth coming technical correction to R4 is now open for review until Oct-18 2019.
It is published for review at http://hl7.org/fhir/R4B (and the change list is visible at http://hl7.org/fhir/R4B/history.html#v4.0.1).

- FMG wishes to draw your attention to https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FMG/Proposed+Policy+for+Breaking+Changes which describes policy for making breaking changes to normative content, and applies to this technical correction. Comments are welcome on this
- The package infrastructure is being rebuild completely. if you want to see what the packages will look like after the technical correction, look at https://github.com/FHIR/packages/tree/master/hl7.fhir.rX
- Each page in the technical correction includes a special 'compare Tech Corr to R4' - this will be removed once we post the technical correction
- As a technical correction, there is no formal ballot, just this open review period
