Hello guys i'm new to FHIR, I'm trying to find where I can download structure definition .xml files for FHIR STU R4 standard. ex patient.xml, appointment.xml, etc...

On http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/resourcelist.html choose the resource you are interested in then look for the text
See the Profiles & Extensions and the alternate definitions: Master Definition XML + JSON, XML Schema/Schematron + JSON Schema, ShEx (for Turtle) + see the extensions & the dependency analysis
and choose the link to the xml at "Master Definition XML"
