No, but if you're not aware of it already, you might also want to look at the cqif-condition extension defined in Clinical Reasoning's cqif-Questionnaire profile: http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/cqif/cqif-questionnaire-definitions.html#cqif-questionnaire.Questionnaire.item.extension:condition

There's some nuances that still need to be ironed out in terms of context elements to expose within the FHIRPath to make this work well. We'll be discussing them on #questionnaire and on the Structured Data Capture calls which start next week.
