I want to build a profile to support the building of an app that will present a patient with a questionnaire about health related behavior. I understand that the questionnaire resource handles the question logic, but how to I connect the answer to the patient? Is it appropriate to reference the patient resource from the questionnaire? Or are they separate? I am not sure how to model this
