We are planning to integrate Questionnaire and Questionnaire Response with one of the EMR. found that some EMR does not support Questionnaire and Questionnaire Response, want to confirm Which EMR support FHIR API for Questionnaire and Questionnaire Response. I'd say none of those. NextGen does not even use FHIR last time I checked
