I'm looking for some more detailed descriptions of a Questionnaire use case. I see that there are use cases posted in various locations (like this one http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-saner/use_cases.html#collecting-hospital-and-ventilator-measures)
Can anyone point me to a library of more use cases, or a specific example of a Questionnaire use case. I'm trying to write some documentation using that as an example.. but don't have enough knowledge to create something from scratch. Any help, or pointers to more information would be appreciated.
