Looking at the schemas in DSTU2, I can see the Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse schemas and understand their purpose (I think). There is also a QuestionnaireAnswers schema (but no such resource) - what is the purpose of this schema?

QuestionnaireAnswers was renamed to QuestionnaireResponse in DSTU-2. Does that explain what you're seeing?

It's been removed in the "dev" build so it will sort itself out..

I do not see QuestionnaireAnswers on http://hl7.org/fhir/dstu2/resourcelist.html and http://hl7.org/fhir/dstu2/questionnaireanswers.html raises a 404. Where do you find it?

It's now called QuestionnaireResposne
