In v0.1.0, the CPG-ActivityDefinition profile has an extension cqf-strengthOfRecommendation (http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/extension-cqf-strengthofrecommendation.html).

Why does this extension apply to Attachment only?
Context of Use: Use on Element ID Attachment
and why is this extension removed in v0.2.0?
If I would like to indicate the "strength of recommendation for this activity", what should I do?

Hi @Yunwei Wang , those were moved to the CPGComputablePlanDefinition because they are an aspect of the recommendation (which is represented by a PlanDefinition), rather than an aspect of the specific activity being recommended. They are specified to apply to Attachments in clinical reasoning because they were originally associated with Documentation, but reconciliation of comments in the CPG-IG has resulted in them being moved to the action element of a PlanDefinition. J#30114 supports applying this expansion to the FHIR extensions.
