I'm looking for documentation for someone implementing a server that provides an application like the Growth Charts application (i.e. I have an application I would like to make available as a SMART application).
I thought I had seen somewhere specifications regarding what and how these application should be exposed (I recall something specifically about makeing a list of available applications available).
Also in the documentation at http://docs.smarthealthit.org/authorization/ it mentions contacting the application host's /metadata endpoint.
Where is what is supposted to be in the /metadata endpoint response specified?
