Is there a web page for the upcoming connectathon in Madrid? What version of FHIR is being targeted for this connectathon? Is it the version published Mar 21, 2017 (3.0.0) listed here: http://hl7.org/fhir/directory.html?

Yes, the latest FHIR Release 3 version will be the one used (see the "Connectathon Organization" section).
