Has CDA-core-2.0 ever been published on build.fhir.org? Would that be an option?

Within the resources the URLs start with http://hl7.org/fhir/cda/ - however, that URL does result in an 404. If I wanted to use the resources on my own FHIR server, would I have to replace the URL pointing to my server in order to work properly?

the ci-build was setup and it has been published, but probably since there were no modifications it was removed during the ci-build cleanup, a new commit to the repo should trigger the ci-build (I don't have any rights todo that).

CDA in FHIR would be a logical model, so you don't have resources, but describing CDA with FHIR StructureDefinitions which are identified by the canonical url (http://hl7.org/fhir/cda/...), no need to change or replace them.

I see - I thought that with the StructureDefinition it would be also be possible to specify "custom" (in this case CDA) resources that could then be posted to a FHIR server (the StructureDefinition being loaded to the FHIR server upfront)

Thank you so far.
