Topic: Process for deferred GForge items

What is the expected process for deferred GForge items? For example, GF#11055 has a status "Deferred" with resolution "Deferred for further discussion". Will all trackers with Deferred status be re-opened to resume discussion as part of STU4, following the publication of STU3? I need to confirm that such GForge trackers do not need to be re-submitted as new issues, thanks.

One of the nice things about gForge is that we can actually ensure that work groups that defer items during ballot resolution actually do have to deal with them eventually.
