I just checked ProcedureRequest - looking for "basedOn" - http://hl7-fhir.github.io/procedurerequest.html - and I don't see that attribute there. I am looking for this when a DiagnosticRequest requires a procedure be conducted (and thus, basedOn should accept a DiagnosticRequest as one of the objects allowable). Any reason why it isn't there?

We ran out of time to apply the workflow changes to all of the PC resources. It will get added.
