I would like to attach and image or video to a procedure request, e.g. showing how to perform a physical therapy procedure. The only option I see is to reference a Media resource from ProcedureRequest.supportingInfo Is this a reasonable choice?

That seems to make sense from a semantic perspective - "how to" would certainly be "supporting information"
