Topic: Procedure-date search in R4

I notice that the R4 search param Procedure-date points to Procedure.occurrence, which includes a lot more data types than the corresponding STU3 Procedure.performed. Some of them don't make sense as the target of a date search param.
Does it make sense to clarify this search param to be "Procedure.performed.as(dateTime) | Procedure.performed.as(Period)"? (Also I see the version on build.fhir.org adds Timing to the list.)

yes please add a task, and make the task general, because this happens elsewhere as well
