Hi,
One of our source systems has a record type called Precautions, and I have been struggling to find out what resource this should be put into.
Precaution is defined as "A precaution tells the health care professional that something may happen or occur during a procedure, appointment, or test that the patient has to endure. For example, if the patient has a history of syncope (fainting) when having blood work done, the precaution could be syncope, fear of needles." in our source system. We are able to select a broad concept (like BMI, Splenectomy), specific drug or freetext.
Right now, I'm looking at the RiskAssessment and AllergyIntolerance as the main canidate resources. Wondering what would be the best resource(s)?
