Hi,
Im trying get metadata and validate FHIR resources before calling.
Why we are getting PractitionerRole in metadata when we dont have scope of it.
Do we need to change add any parameters to get exactly what access we have to metadata call.

To clarify - your system is a FHIR client and you're getting back a CapabilityStatement from the 'meta' endpoint on a server and that server is declaring support for PractitionerRole when your client a) doesn't need it or b) doesn't have permission to access it? (Trying to better understand exactly what's happening before answering)
