At the WGM I heard rumors that someone (@Grahame Grieve ?) created a global extension for FHIR STU3 that could be used anywhere Practitioner was legal but where WGs had not updated their resources to use PractitionerRole in time for STU3 publication. If true, can someone point me to it? Did not see such a thing listed in the extensibility registry: http://hl7.org/fhir/extensibility-registry.html

Thanks Grahame, I must have mis-heard that then. Would you recommend this go in the current build as a core extension, or that it be defined in an IG such as one of the Da Vinci IGs?
