Hello Graham,
I have been posting updated samples for DAF resources to http://fhir3.healthintersections.com.au/open/ this morning, and am now posting composition samples.
However, when I attempted to post the last sample for the procedure note composition, the server seems to be hung at "Loading...."
Would you be able to tell me if that FHIR server is down or experiencing problems please.

well "http://fhir3.healthintersections.com.au/open/ValueSet?name=dhay" is also hanging...

Hmmmm... I just re-tried and it seems to be hanging on "Loading..." again. I wonder if you have a moment, could you please try post the attached sample, and let me know if you are able to get an ID back.
