Topic: Possible mistake found on bodyweight/height profiles

Hello,
I think I found some copy/paste mistake on the bodyweight and body height profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/bodyweight.html and http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/bodyheight.html)
The component element is set to "mustSupport" with the comment:
"Used when reporting systolic and diastolic blood pressure."
I'm not specialist, but I don't think there is a link between bodyheight, bodyweight and blood pressure at this stage.
(I hope it Is the right place to put this kind of question/remark )
