I need to make a CodeSystem to cover some hierarchical concepts and create some intensional ValueSets. I would like for certain concepts to exist under multiple parent concepts. Is this possible with a FHIR CodeSystem? If so, might someone give me a quick run down on how to structure it? Thanks.

The discussion on concept hierarchy here that we added in R4 is pretty brief, but should at least point you in the right direction. If you need to go into further details posting questions or issues in the terminology stream probably would be useful.
