Looking for some feedback on our WIP implementation guide for clinical research data. Comments welcome!

do you have it published somewhere? digging through the source in github is not as nice...

view this post on Zulip Matthew Koch (Dec 04 2018 at 01:00):

It's not published anywhere, as I got lost in a rabbit hole of tooling there and wanted to focus on the content. If there is something free I can hook into a GitHub webhook that will auto publish, I will gladly set it up...

You can throw the md files up on http://simplifier.net/ and you'll get a nice url and html pages out of it

It's kind of 'loose' - I'd much rather see a proper rendered profile, that would resolve ambiguity around it

paging @Hugh Glover - the Transcelerate eSource Group (enabled by the BR&R) are also working on a Research related IG (principally for Lab results) - ultimately BR&R would be the 'sponsor' for a Clinical Research Implementation Guide so should be key stakeholder. Who are the eSource Consortium? Worth cross-posting in #research as well

Which work group owns/sponsors this IG?

view this post on Zulip Matthew Koch (Dec 06 2018 at 17:27):

I missed a few messages here - I'd like to clarify that "sponsor" as defined in the linked IG means clinical trial sponsor (https://www.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms/def/clinical-trial-sponsor), not an "owner organization" of the guide.

Thanks I will take a look at this. It seems straightforward...

the IG would probably be sponsored by the Biomedical Research and Regulatory (BR&R) working group, I am interested in knowing what the eSource consortium is and what its relationship with the BR&R WG is.
