For what it's worth, Physical Therapy examples come up often when we discuss the Goal resource https://www.hl7.org/fhir/goal.html in the CarePlan calls. Still reconciling how to render the relationship of interval progress (target measures) within the context of the broader goals. Revisting the topic on the #Care Plan/Care Coordination call 5pm EST next week (Feb 24).

We did some FHIR things around PT in Belgium but nothing (yet) beyond very basic use of Observation, mind you this was more in an administrative reimbursement context . We are planning to look at a PT prescription in the coming months using serviceRequest -> that should be more fun :-)
