Currently Task.context is restricted to (Encounter,EpisodeOfCare). In the context of ResearchStudies Group and ResearchStudy as Task Contexts would be needed.

You would be able to link the Task to the study using the existing 'event' extension. The Task might well occur in the context of both an Encounter and a ResearchStudy, so I'd prefer to keep them separate.
