We have an Invoice and PaymentNotification resource. Those could possibly be relevant for soliciting payment refunds. However, I'm not aware of an existing IG that covers that space. @Simone Heckmann @Paul Knapp

Financial Management is working on updating the PaymentReconciliation resource to support Patient payments in addition to Insurer payments so I this that could address the refund as well.
