We include the MBI and Medicare number in our Patient resource. According to the identifier registry (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/identifier-registry.html) these are listed having a system URI of "http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/us-mbi" and "http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/us-medicare" but these are causing validation errors because those URLs don't resolve. The validator I'm using is https://inferno.healthit.gov/validator/. Are these URIs incorrect or is the validator giving me an incorrect error? patient_example.json
