Do we have a way to handle Patient consent in FHIR, i.e. roles based access to providers/ organisation based on the consent provided by the patient?

in DSTU2, there was the contract resource to use for that , though it was pretty hard.

"In the current build" you mean DSTU3? As I could not find consent in DSTU 2.
