Topic: Patient-proficiency extension RelatedPerson in R4

An extension has been defined in patient: patient-proficiency. This can be used on the patient.communication element. The extension can only be used for this resource. It is not applicable to a RelatedPerson resource. Maybe it is also good to apply this extension in the RelatedPerson resource? What are your thoughts on this?
