Hi all, what is the system that is expected to be used in FHIR for passports:

the OIDs already assigned (2.16.840.1.113883.4.330.xxx)
or -
or an url (e.g. something like http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/passport/fr)

We don't have an official SID yet, but I'd strongly endorse proposing one. OIDs suck :) Please submit a change request
Also, you can't use a bare OID for system - you have to prefix them with "urn:oid:"
