Hello all, I want to create a profile for PulmonaryFunctionTest. It would be the DiagnosticReport and the result refers to Observation resource .Pulmonary Volume Result have observations like FVC, FEV1, FEV.75, FEV3 ..etc. For each observation we have values like predicted result, Actual result and Actual/Predicted ratio. So can we take them as components to the Observation resource. Is this a correct approach. Please suggest me.

This sounds like components would be appropriate - presumably the predicted result and predicted ratio would not be useful to look at by themselves. (You'd probably put the actual result in Observation.value and the others in Observation.component.)

Hi all, I am creating a PFT profile. I want to attach Position, Confounding factors, Bronchial challenge to PFT profile. So how can I add them to PFT? Give me any suggestion. Thank you
