Can you give an example of that use case? FHIR has the fields in Practitioner but not Organization. If you have a specific use case, you'd likely need to create an extension for it.

I believe PA plans to address this in R5 - and once that happens you might be able to use the inter-version extension mechanism. @Brian Postlethwaite ?

That's correct, there should be a tracker in the change required state - for me to apply still.
