we have Oracle as our FHIR repository and have a reporting use case to move this data to a SQL Server database
for reporting purpose. As I have explored the FHIR repository database, this seems to get stored in a BLOB format and my immediate task is to over over
some sample data to SQL Server varbinary(max) format
