There was a debate back in 2018 about the dropping of the location element from OperationOutcome & just using expression. There was a point made that the expression element was a simple FHIRPath expression that wouldn't support reporting errors in the http input parameters (https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179166-implementers/topic/OperationOutcome.20location.20vs.2E.20expression). Reading the R4 OperationOutcome resource page (http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/operationoutcome.html), point "2.44.5.1 Reporting Errors in the HTTP Headers" says to use the convention http.[parameter], for example a missing identifier parameter would be reported in the <expression value = "http.identifier"/> - is that correct?
