OpenEMR now has SMART on FHIR US Core and Bulk FHIR API access. OpenEMR is preparating for ONC certification so is following those requirements. My understanding is you can interact with their sandbox EHR front end to review and enter information using workflows and then query via FHIR API. The EHR is open source and used internationally. @Viet Nguyen @diego kaminker - might be a helpful test server since people can interact with actual EHR workflows.
