Good Afternoon from Chicago, IL. In my current life i work in healthcare industry. In my previous life i worked for food industry for a long time. In my current life , we are doing a project related to oncology. We plan to capture drug dosing, regimen and diagnosis information. FHIR is the latest used in the industry (Grahame And Team Creation). This afternoon, while having a chat with my boss, he had asked me if FHIR has any format/template for regimen and diagnosis information capture. We see drug dosing in medical request.

Hi @Venkat, there was a whole oncology effort within HL7 FHIR that was being lead by NCCN. Unfortunately, it seems that effort has stalled. See https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/4-implementers/topic/Cancer.20.20Chemotherapy.20Order.20Templates for more background.

In particular, I led a development effort to create an Order Template authoring tool which could emit their Chemotherapy Order Templates (https://www.nccn.org/professionals/OrderTemplates/Default.aspx) in FHIR format, using the http://hl7.org/fhir/stu3/plandefinition.html resource. I'm happy to discuss informally, but I'd encourage you to reach out to NCCN for the latest on that.
