I would say that it depends on which kind(s) of information that is is. Resources generally wouldn't be specific to obstetrics-gynecology or any particular clinical specialty. Can you be more specific about what you need and ideally provide some examples?

Thanks, @Rob Hausam. Some of the related information is the following: Date of Last Menstrual Period, Pregnancy Information, planification method,Date of the last citology .. etc

Yes, I agree with Lloyd that most of them would be Observation. I don't know what is included in "Pregnancy Information", as that's quite broad. "Planification method" doesn't sound familiar and I suspect it may not be the intended term?
