What would the Observation.category be for a blood glucose measurement (performed by the patient)? None of the existing codes (http://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-observation-category.html) are a perfect match to me.

In particular for glucose results, we use 2 categories: "laboratory" and "point-of-care". The first is glucose results typically returned as part of a panel and the second is where PoC meters are used and recorded.
