Is there a specified way how I can express an Observation which has 2 quantities for the same clinical value? For instance, I want to express that my patient measured their temperature originally in Fahrenheit, but for easier, normalized downstream processing I want to also communicate the corresponding value in Celsius. Likewise for lb and kg, mg/dL and mmol/L.

Hi,
we are trying to identify the manufacturer name that is "Moderna/ Pfizer etc from CVX code to verify user 's QA code but facing this error:

Internal Error - unknown id cvx (from crsid.asp) .
please confirm if we need to hard code in our system that 207 refers to moderna, 208 refers to Pfizer etc or this framework can help us get that value .. is it dynamic? if not then we might need to hard code it.

Note that 'system' URLs aren't necessarily expected to resolve. They simply serve as identifiers.
